Our Story – Flame Broiler Is Dedicated To Serving You with Delicious, Fast, And Healthy Food!
Founder -Young Lee, who had recently graduated from UCLA with a degree in economics, had joined the workforce and often found himself on the road. However, he found that restaurants serving healthy meals were few and far between.
First Restaurant Opens – Entrepreneurial in general, in 1995 he opened the initial restaurant in Orange County that served simple, healthy fast food. What better way to solve a difficulty rather than to solve it yourself?
Started Franchising – Word concerning the healthy food and quick service at https://Flamebroilerusa.Com/Menu/, and Young quickly became extremely busy. He designed a very broad customer base. The widely loved concept appealed to many differing people.
Giving Back to the Community – Mr. Lee began to give back by feeding the homeless, and very soon started to sponsor children in need of assistance. He or she is committed to sponsoring 2 children per location that opens. Today, through Flame Broiler Inc., Mr. Lee sponsors an astounding 338 children.
180 Locations & Growing – Words continued to spread, as well as the founder saw franchising in an effort to provide even more people with a healthy option to fast food while maintaining the top level of service. So the story continues today with 180 Flame Broiler Restaurants in California, Arizona, Florida, Nevada and Oklahoma.
The Flame Broiler is a fast food restaurant marketed as being a healthy food and quick provider. While you could imagine, The Flame Broiler charges are a bit higher, which is usually the common characteristic amongst the healthier fast food restaurants.
The restaurant’s main offerings include bowls that are either veggie or have meats within it including beef or chicken. Bowls consist of your choice of meat poured over white or brown rice, and steamed veggies. As well as bowls, in addition they offer plates that are similar except they include fruit and salad on the side.
Flame Broiler has opened a location in La Verne, California, under the direction of a first-time franchisee, Josh Fuentes. He’s looking towards transitioning from previous work with all the Southern California Gas Company to centering on Flame Broiler full-time, based on a company press release.
“While doing work for my previous company, I had been always on the road and found not many options which are healthy, taste great and still considered fast food until I attempted Flame Broiler,” Fuentes said. “I immediately fell in love with how simple, healthy and affordable it really is, and kept making excuses to visit back. It inspired me to have back into condition, cleanup my diet and help people change their lifestyle the same way I did so.”
Flame Broiler’s core menu features rice bowls that start at only 140 calories. The bowls are produced with non-GMO white or brown rice, Angus beef, all-natural chicken or organic charbroiled tofu, freshly blanched vegetables, and busvqj with chopped green onions. For the added flavor kick, guests are invited to top bowls with Flame Broiler’s proprietary hot sauce, double hot sauce, triple hot sauce or its Korean BBQ-inspired Magic Sauce.
“The Inland Empire has long been a powerful region for your brand, and i also know La Verne will likely be no exception,” said Young Lee, CEO and founder of Flame Broiler. “As a brand, we’re looking towards watching Josh grow and creating a stronger presence in the community.”
