As the coordinator for a think tank which occurs to operate online, I am constantly speaking with innovators, inventors, and inventive geniuses with regards to their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit a few of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make plenty of sense, and some of them might even change the way we live. Often they solve the issue within our society or civilization, or they make an organization more effective, or make our everyday life little easier.
They claim that; “necessity is the mother of invention,” there may well be an excellent level of truth for that, at the very least from my own observations and experiences. And every time we appear to have a problem, someone comes in addition to a solution, as well as an invention or innovation to go along with it. However, before they can take their invention to the marketplace, they need to go and obtain Inventhelp Caveman. It’s amazing exactly how much it costs to get a real patent filed, to perform the patent search, to complete all the paperwork, and you need to wait.
We hear a great deal in our society about “winning the long run” and every one of that generally seems to strike a chord with America, we are saying yes, we would like to progress mankind, you want our nation to get on the leading edge while we go into the future, and we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to travel on the market and complete the work. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and I feel that Americans are willing to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for us so they are jump through so many hoops, and to generate lots of money to file a patent, that cash could be used designing their first prototype inside their garage.
It appears our society is busy crushing small enterprise entrepreneur, and engaging in crony capitalism at no cost political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. We are doing everything in the world to crush the small guy, then we have been asking that middle class, those producers to pay more in taxes. Are you kidding me? Apparently not! We have been triggered think that that’s the best way to move our nation forward. I would personally say to you America – that it’s not.
Recently I read a very interesting article in the LA times, inside the small business section on July 11, 2011. The content was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Modify the System to Paper Those First to submit Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. The content noted that this average patent took 33.9 months to accomplish, which the Inventhelp George Foreman and Trademark Office has a backlog since May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are quite scary, a lot more scary compared to the cost to file a concept patent, by the time you get completed with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, as well as the filing fees – basically, you’re easily looking at between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. With no patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China then sell it off all over the world. It doesn’t seem sensible to sign up in a game which is rigged.
Worse, we have a terrible downside to intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And in case we are to win the near future, we need to protect ourselves, and that we need some tea, as well as a little the help of the federal government to go on the market and allow us to. When you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still need to defend yourself, and hire lawyers to travel after anyone who tries to rip it away, which costs much more than filing a patent.
In addition to the veracity that when a Corporation has somehow violated I Have An Invention, they might run you of income, because they have in-house lawyers, before you finally have to give up. That just adds insult to injury to the nearly three years it took to get your patent, and all the cost you’ve already put up front. The entire world needs these inventions and innovations now, not simply for renewable power, new transportation devices, and better products and services which are safer for your environment, but we need that tznwus businesses could get started, and begin hiring Americans, and obtain people returning to work.
The government says it’s working on the problem, and maybe it thinks it is, however when I look back and scan the final decade, all I see are all the problems that they’ve created with a massive bureaucracy that has gotten us to this point, instead of put us within the driver’s seat, in the first place. I might submit for you that everything most of these gentlemen are performing to fix the problem, isn’t working, and we might have been happier with no of it, we should have saved the money. Please consider this and think into it.
